Building a anime brick building

Here is the process to creating the building for my personal website.

This is the base idea that my site was based on overall.

 

I then set up the bricks for the building that I wanted to put but the overall building was way too complex to do any form of shading of the bricks so it was back to the drawing board.

 This is the design after I drew up the whole site on paper the drawing seen in my post about developing a site ninja showed the base idea for this design.

From there I added some shading to the building to give it more of a building in the night like the rest of the scene around it was reflecting, aslo adding detail to the building by putting cracks in some of the bricks, although the overall feel still wasn't exactly what I wanted at this point.

So I continued developing.

Here is the final design of the building for my website, I darkened the whole building giving it a real eerie feel like I did with the night sky that is going behind the building and thus keeping the aesthetics of the site all relative for the overall design.
